- FAQ -
Will the menu be available before the dinner?
We ask our guest chefs to create the menu in the days before the event. Our guest Chefs are given complete discretion over their menus.
We want a seasonal, creative and unique menu at each dinner. All guests will receive a menu at the table when they arrive.
Dinners are 4 courses. Most dinners include a cocktail and wine.
There is no assigned seating. If you have a large party and want to sit together, please arrive early and choose your seats.
What if I have tickets but I can’t attend the event?
Due to the nature of our events, no refunds will be given for cancellations. However, if you cannot attend the dinner, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event or tell the guests using your reservation to give your name at arrival. Transfer of funds for your tickets is your responsibility.

Hi Vanessa, we are back in Chicago. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you and your husband Jeff, thanks for a fantastic evening last Friday at the Star Hill Ranch. We really loved the atmosphere, the Texas hospitality and the delicious meal and drinks! Definitely a highlight of our vacation, we've mentioned our evening to a couple of Austin people and hopefully they will check out the OneLongTable. It was a real pleasure meeting ya'll and wish you and your family a blessed Thanksgiving.
Sincerely, Lisa and Marty Rogers
